No minimum service count and no Underlay setup fees. Third-party installation, cross-connect and porting charges, any capacity commitment and any service-specific term are identified before ordering. Hardware, remote hands and project engineering are charged separately as agreed.

Who does what

The technical responsibilities below apply to your service. We agree the delivery point and any additional support in your order.

  • Your equipment, installed to the agreed design
  • Remote management of your gear

Underlay

  • Space, power and cross-connects as designed
  • Direct connection into Underlay services
  • Remote hands when something breaks (chargeable)

Buying for your own business? We support your authorised contacts directly under our Business Terms.

If you resell this service

You manage your customer relationship, billing and frontline support, including the disclosures and consumer protections that apply to your offer. We support your authorised contacts under our Wholesale Terms. We normally refer your customers back to you. Authorised contact and safety or legal exceptions may apply. We do not use wholesale customer details to market to them, including for Warp.

Questions

How small can we start?

One router in shared colocation. Dedicated racks run from a quarter to a full rack.

Can we visit?

Yes. Access is available with notice, under the facility's rules.

What if something breaks?

Remote hands can power-cycle, reseat optics and cables, check lights and swap parts you supply. Charged per job.
