Voice
Business phones, run by us. Use them for your team or supply them under your own brand.

Start with one phone
No minimum service count and no Underlay voice setup fee. Hardware, porting exceptions and any third-party or project charges are agreed before ordering.
White-label for resellers
If you resell, your logo and name go on the apps and end-user portal. Handset screens, voicemail emails and prompts carry no Underlay branding; required supplier disclosures still apply.
Engineers on every ticket
Port status and rejection reasons are in the portal. A stuck port or one-way audio goes to an engineer who can read a SIP trace.

Calling and safeguards
Fraud controls
Spend caps, international barred until you ask for it, and alerts on unusual traffic.
Divert on outage
Incoming calls can divert to a destination configured in advance while the platform and destination remain reachable. Outbound and emergency calls from affected equipment remain unavailable.
Emergency calls
000 is carried by our upstream carrier. Working power, internet and compatible equipment are required. Keep registered addresses current and tell the operator your actual location if you have moved.
112 is a mobile emergency number. 106 is a text emergency service for TTY or compatible devices; it is not an ordinary voice call. Confirm the supported method and equipment before relying on it. ACMA emergency calling guidance.

Questions
Can we use this for our own business?
Yes. Use hosted PBX for your team, connect your existing PBX with SIP trunks, or bring your business numbers. We support your authorised contacts directly. If you resell, you manage your customer plans, billing and frontline support.
Can we bring our own handsets?
Yes. Supported handsets auto-provision. Confirm the model and firmware with us before ordering, or buy a compatible handset from us. App and provisioning requirements are confirmed for your setup.
Does it work with 3CX, FreePBX or Yeastar?
SIP trunks can be used with these PBXs. Confirm your version, codec, registration or authentication method, firewall and network settings with us before ordering; compatibility depends on the setup.
How long does porting take?
Timing depends on the number class, accurate customer authority and account details, and the losing carrier. We confirm the port class and target date before submitting it. Status and rejection reasons are in the portal; a target date is not a completion guarantee.
Does porting cost anything?
Completed single-number ports are free, in and out. Rejected ports, block ports, complex-port reschedules and complex port-outs can incur pass-through charges. We identify applicable charges before you authorise the work.
What happens with 000?
000 emergency calling is provided through our upstream carrier and depends on power, a working internet connection and compatible equipment. Incoming-call diversion does not restore outbound or emergency calling. We upload the service details you supply to the IPND; keep them current. For a moved handset, softphone or mobile app, the registered address may differ from the caller's location: tell the operator where you are. 112 is the mobile emergency number; 106 is a text emergency service requiring a TTY or compatible device. These are not interchangeable voice destinations; confirm any accessibility equipment and supported method before relying on it.
Can we call overseas?
Yes, when you ask us to turn it on, for every country or just the ones you need. International and premium numbers are barred by default.
What if the internet connection goes down?
Incoming calls can divert to the mobile or other number configured for that service. The destination and diversion behaviour need to be set up before an outage, and depend on the platform and destination being reachable. Diversion does not restore outbound calls or 000 from the affected equipment.
