Included and excluded
One business internet service with unlimited data on the qualified nbn access product. The nominal access profile is 2000/200 Mbps download/upload. Data usage has no additional per-MB charge; the Acceptable Use Policy applies.
A compatible router, premises cabling, devices and electricity are required. Equipment, a voice service, specialist equipment support and separately scoped engineering are not included in the monthly access price. Your Order identifies any supplied equipment, addressing, handoff, installation and third-party charges. No bundled product is compulsory unless specifically agreed in your Order.
Availability and speed information
Availability depends on address qualification, technology and product support. The access-profile numbers are not typical or guaranteed end-to-end speeds. Typical busy-period download and upload speeds are pending substantiation. Your service information includes the nbn Key Facts Sheet, with performance and activity guidance for the connection you choose.
Access technology, line condition, congestion, Wi-Fi, router and device limits and remote services affect performance. Not every nbn technology supports this plan. Multi-gigabit profiles require suitable equipment throughout the path. Ask us to assess your sites, concurrent users and upload requirements.
Migration and specialised equipment
Do not cancel existing internet or phone services before the migration and any number transfer are agreed and the new service is working. Switching can interrupt service and affect bundles. Tell us about medical, security or fire alarms, lift phones, EFTPOS, fax and other specialised equipment, and confirm compatibility with its supplier before ordering.
Your nbn equipment and router need power. Internet-based phone services may fail during power or internet outages, including calls to 000. Keep an alternative working way to call emergency services. Read the key facts for service dependencies, migration and applicable speed remedies.
Support and complaints
Underlay supports your authorised business contacts directly. Email hello@underlay.au or call 02 4398 7080. Ordinary support is 9am–5pm Sydney time, Monday–Friday, excluding NSW public holidays. Emergency Underlay network faults can be reported by phone at any hour. An individual service fault follows the support policy; no fixed restoration guarantee is included in this plan.
For a complaint, use the same contacts or write to Complaints, Underlay Networks, 40 Woolana Ave, Budgewoi NSW 2262. Our Complaints Policy explains deadlines and escalation. The TIO, 1800 062 058, can assess eligibility for free, independent assistance.
Your agreement and help paying
Read this summary with your Order, the Business Terms and Service Schedules and the completed nbn Key Facts Sheet. Your Order records the exact service, configuration, total charges and any additional commitments. Statutory consumer rights remain available; a service boundary or absence of a credit table does not remove them.
Free payment assistance is available for eligible customers in financial difficulty. Our Customer Safety Statement explains safe contact and support for people affected by domestic, family or sexual violence. Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy.
