Adding voice

Your clients' phones, on your invoice.MSPs, IT shops and ISPs adding phones to what they already sell, and the installers who look after their PBXs.

Sound familiar?

  • Your clients' phones are on someone else's invoice.
  • Porting stalls for weeks, and nobody can tell you why.
  • One toll-fraud weekend can wipe out a year of margin.
  • Clients on Telstra T-Biz Voice on nbn or DOT need a migration plan before the announced 30 August 2027 retirement.

How it works

  1. Start with one client

No minimum service count and no Underlay voice setup fee. Hardware, porting exceptions and any third-party or project charges are agreed before ordering.

  2. Port their numbers

Track every port in the portal, including the reason if one is rejected.

  3. Provision the handsets

Bring your own or buy from us. Supported handsets set themselves up.

  4. Set the guardrails

Set spend caps and destination barring, then configure an incoming-call diversion destination and check the intended outage behaviour.

  5. Bring the rest

SIP trunks for clients who keep their own PBX, on the same numbers and controls.

Planning a Telstra legacy migration

  • T-Biz Voice on nbn and DOT

Telstra has announced retirement of these products on 30 August 2027. Check which product your client actually has, number eligibility and the replacement design before arranging a port.

Questions

Can we keep our clients' existing numbers?

We check number eligibility, authority, port class and carrier requirements before ordering. Completed single-number ports are free; rejected, block and complex-port charges are agreed before you authorise the work. Track status and rejection reasons in the portal.

What if a client's internet goes down?

Incoming calls can divert to the mobile or other destination configured in advance, while the platform and destination remain reachable. This does not restore outbound or emergency calling from the affected equipment.

Do we need to join the TIO?

If you sell phone services to homes or small businesses, yes. Check the TIO's joining rules for your situation.

Can clients keep their 3CX?

SIP trunks can connect an existing 3CX setup. Confirm the PBX version, authentication, codecs and network settings with us before ordering.
