Connect your business

Internet, phones and private networks for your own sites.Businesses connecting their people, locations and equipment.

Sound familiar?

  • Internet and phones are split across suppliers, with no clear owner when something breaks.
  • Branches need a private path back to shared systems.
  • Your IT team needs another network engineer for a move, expansion or difficult fault.

How it works

  1. Start with your sites

Tell us the addresses, people, existing services and equipment involved. We qualify the connections and identify any migration constraints.

  2. Choose the services

Use nbn internet and voice for your offices, private connectivity between sites, or transit and colocation for your own network.

  3. Agree the design

Your order records the handoffs, equipment, charges and responsibilities. Your authorised contacts deal directly with Underlay for support.

  4. Plan the move

Agree the installation, number ports, testing and cutover with your technical contact. Keep existing services until the migration plan says they can end.

Build around the work you do

The same service catalogue, matched to your sites and technical requirements.

  • An office

nbn internet for the site, with hosted phones or SIP trunks for the system you already run.

  • Several sites

Private connections between branches and shared systems, with routing, internet breakout and any encryption agreed in the design.

  • Your own network

Transit, colocation and handoffs for organisations running their own routers, ASN and address resources.

  • A change or migration

Engineering help to plan and implement changes, with scope, validation and rollback agreed before work starts.

Buying for your own business does not make you a reseller. We support your authorised contacts and coordinate faults with the access network and other suppliers involved in your service.

Questions

Do we need to become a telco?

No. Buying services for your own use does not make you a reseller. If you plan to supply other customers, tell us so the order uses the right customer relationship.

Do we need an ASN or our own IP range?

Not for ordinary nbn internet or hosted voice. Transit requires your own ASN and authorised prefixes. Private networks and BYOIP use the addressing agreed in your design.

Can our IT provider work with you?

Yes. Nominate them as an authorised technical contact. We agree who can request changes and keep billing and technical responsibilities clear.

When can we get support?

Emergency Underlay network faults can be reported 24/7. Ordinary requests and individual service faults are handled 9–5 Sydney time, Monday to Friday, excluding NSW public holidays.

Buying for your own use is covered by our business terms. The service catalogue also supports resellers, whose customer and frontline responsibilities are covered by the wholesale agreement.
