Connectivity for MSPs
Own the fault, not just the firewall.Managed service providers adding connectivity to the IT they already run.
Sound familiar?
- The internet drops, and the ISP blames your router.
- You can't see the circuit your client depends on.
- Multi-site clients send everything over the public internet.
How it works
Start with one site
Move one client's qualified nbn service onto Underlay. No minimum service count.
See what we see
On-demand nbn tests, monitoring, graphs and alerts, in the portal or through the API into your own tools.
Bring client sites home
Return qualified branch services to your network over L3VPN. Encryption, backup paths and internet breakout need an agreed design.
Put your core next to the network
Colocate your firewalls, backup targets or hypervisors, with transit on the same network.
Keep addresses stable
Use portable IP ranges you hold or are authorised to use, with a routing and migration plan that preserves client allow-lists.
Add phones
Hosted PBX or SIP trunks under your brand, on the same bill as their connectivity.
Three ways MSPs add connectivity
Each one decides who owns the customer, the bill and the fault.
Referral
You introduce the client and the telco does the rest. Easy, but the telco owns the relationship and the fault.
White label
Someone else's platform with your logo on it. Quick to start, with less control over the network underneath.
Your own brand, on Underlay
You own the client, the bill and the fault, with our network and tools underneath. Reselling under your own brand makes you a carriage service provider.
What you can build on top
Connectivity is the start. These are the services it makes possible.
Private WAN
Every client site back to your core over L3VPN, off the public internet.
Managed firewall
One firewall cluster at your core instead of a box at every branch.
Backup and management
Backups and management traffic over the private path, not the internet.
Stable addressing
Your own IP ranges, so allow-lists survive a change of carrier.

What you'll use
- nbn connectivitynbn across access technologies, subject to address and product qualification; delivered at Layer 2 or terminated by us at Layer 3.
- Private connectivityLayer 2 and L3VPN connections between your sites, your racks and our network.
- ColocationSpace for your equipment next to the network: shared colocation, or quarter to full racks built to design.
- VoiceHosted PBX, SIP trunks, and numbers with porting for your business or your customers, with white-label options for resellers.
What stays with you
- The client relationship, and first-line support
- Firewalls, SD-WAN and 4G backup hardware
- Your obligations if you resell services under your own brand
Questions
Will you ever contact my clients?
We do not use wholesale client details to market to them, including for Warp. You provide frontline support and we normally refer them back to you. We may contact them with your authorisation or where safety or the law requires it.
Can we feed your data into our tools?
Yes. Tests, alerts and graphs are available through the API as well as the portal.
Do you supply 4G failover or SD-WAN?
No. Bring the hardware you already trust. Our engineers can help design how it lands on the private network.
Can we sell phones too?
Yes. Hosted PBX, SIP trunks and numbers, under your brand. Completed single-number ports are free; rejected, block and complex-port exceptions are agreed before ordering.
Do we become a telco?
If you resell under your own brand, you'll be a carriage service provider, with the obligations that come with that. Get advice for your situation.
